At Swarnā by Sangisathi, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted with care and attention to detail. Due to the nature of handmade items, we maintain a limited return policy to ensure fairness and quality for all our customers.

Returns

We accept returns only in cases of genuine defects or damages in the product.

What qualifies as a defect?

  • Holes or cuts in the fabric that make the product unusable

  • Significant printing errors that are clearly noticeable and affect the overall design

What does NOT qualify as a defect?

  • Minor handmade irregularities (these are part of the artisanal process)

  • Slight variations in colour due to screen differences across devices

We do not accept returns for:

  • Color differences between product images and actual items

  • Change of mind or incorrect selection by the customer

We strongly recommend reviewing product details carefully before placing your order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us prior to purchase.


Reporting a Defective Item

Refunds & Exchanges

Once your claim is verified, you can choose from the following options:

  • Exchange: Select another item of equal value

  • Refund: Receive a refund via your original payment method (debit/credit card) or bank transfer

For bank transfers, you will be required to share your bank details.

Processing Time:
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after confirmation.
