How long will my outfit take?

Production takes 4–5 weeks before dispatch. Shipping time is additional and varies by destination.

What if I need it for a specific event date?

Contact us on WhatsApp at +91-8141897676 before ordering. We will confirm whether your required delivery date is feasible.

How do I submit custom measurements?

After placing your order, send your measurements to our team on WhatsApp. We review them and flag anything that appears unusual before production begins.

Can someone help me take measurements?

Yes. We offer a complimentary WhatsApp video fit consultation to help you take or confirm your measurements.

What does the fit guarantee cover?

If a fit issue is caused by an error in measurements recorded or applied by Swarna, we will remake the product. If incorrect measurements were supplied by you, we will assist with one complimentary alteration.

Can I cancel my order?

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of order placement, provided fabric cutting has not begun.

What happens if my product is damaged or incorrect?

Contact us immediately with photographs and your order details. We will arrange an exchange.

How does shipping work?

Domestic shipping within India is complimentary. International shipping is charged according to shipment weight and destination.

Who pays international duties and taxes?

Any customs duties, import taxes or local charges assessed by the destination country are the customer’s responsibility.
