Fit, Alteration, Shipping & Order Policy

Production timeline

Every piece is made to order in 4–5 weeks before dispatch. Transit time is additional. Ordering for an event? Contact us on WhatsApp before purchase to confirm feasibility and delivery.

Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order, provided fabric cutting has not begun. Once cutting or production begins, the order cannot be cancelled.

Swarna measurement error

If a fit issue is caused by an error in measurements recorded or applied by Swarna, we will remake the product for you.

Customer measurement error

If incorrect measurements were supplied by the customer, we will assist with one complimentary alteration. Shipping or local alteration logistics will be coordinated with our team.

Fit guarantee

Our fit guarantee covers fit issues caused by measurement errors from our side. Remakes are available only where the fit issue results from an error in measurements recorded or applied by Swarna.

Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately with photographs and your order details. We will arrange an exchange.

Domestic shipping

Domestic shipping within India is complimentary.

International shipping

International shipping is charged according to shipment weight and destination. Any applicable customs duties, import taxes or local charges are the customer’s responsibility.
